Chateau Royal
From the outside, the château already feels forgotten, but once inside, the silence becomes almost tangible. In the billiard room, the balls still lie on the table as if someone walked away mid-game. The walls are covered with large, vibrant murals that stubbornly hold on to the past.
Deeper inside, the mirror hall glows with faded gold, its white piano gathering dust yet still looking ready to play. The parquet floor creaks softly, as if the house remembers the footsteps and music that once filled it.
The grand staircase is the most striking: wide steps, heavy sculpted figures supporting the ceiling, and ornate iron railings that still shine. Everything echoes former wealth now wrapped in stillness.
It feels as though the residents never left, but simply vanished. The château is frozen in time, filled with stories that linger quietly in every room.
