This former paper factory was established around the mid-19th century and was part of the region’s industrial boom. Its production focused on paper and cardboard, and the company remained active for many years. In the 1990s, it was re-established under a new legal structure as a public limited company with a board of directors.

After several years of operation, judicial liquidation was declared in 2010 due to insufficient assets. Since then, the factory has been abandoned and has fallen into disrepair.
