This industrial complex once housed MCS International GmbH, a manufacturer specialized in steel gas cylinders and pressure vessels. The factory produced heavy-duty gas bottles designed for storing and transporting compressed industrial gases, requiring strict safety standards and precision metalworking.

Inside the halls, steel blanks were formed, welded, heat-treated, and pressure-tested before being approved for industrial use. Large presses, furnaces, and testing installations dominated the production areas, reflecting the site’s role in high-pressure gas technology rather than light manufacturing.

Around 2013, production was shut down and the workforce left. Machinery was dismantled and removed, leaving behind empty halls and stripped infrastructure.
