Hidden in the hills, this dome-shaped swimming facility was once part of a private wellness project. Built in the early 2000s, the pool operated only briefly before technical issues, high maintenance costs and financial troubles forced its closure. Today the translucent polycarbonate shell is stained by rust and sunlight, while the empty basin is slowly being reclaimed by nature. A forgotten bubble of ambition overlooking the valley of Óbidos.
