Somewhere deep in Italy, I stumbled upon an abandoned chemical factory purely by chance. Though the site has clearly been deserted for years, a surprising amount has been left behind  from equipment and documents to a still remarkably intact laboratory. Despite thorough research, I couldn’t find any history about this place. It’s as if no one wants to speak about this heavily polluted and long-forgotten site.
