Discotheque Xenon
Long before the building fell silent, Xenon was one of the largest nightlife destinations in the region. Opened during the late 1980s, the massive discotheque quickly became known for its huge dance floors, bright lighting and weekend crowds that arrived from towns far beyond the surrounding area. At its peak, the club hosted concerts, themed nights and large events that kept the parking areas filled until sunrise.
During the 1990s the atmosphere inside was loud and energetic, with multiple rooms playing different styles of music and hundreds of visitors gathering every weekend. Like many large clubs from that era, Xenon slowly declined as nightlife changed and smaller venues became more popular. By the early 2000s the music had stopped and the once-busy complex was left abandoned.
Today the empty halls, damaged interiors and faded remains of the club still reflect traces of its past. Nature and time continue to reclaim the building, turning Xenon into a forgotten reminder of a different period of nightlife history.
