La Sainte Poterie

In the heart of France lies the story of a once-thriving ceramics workshop with roots in the 19th century. Around 1850, it was founded by an entrepreneur named Mauger and later acquired in 1921 by Félix Tessier, who gave it new momentum under his own name. The workshop produced fine porcelain, artistic faience, and terracotta, enjoying steady growth for many decades.

Over the years, the company underwent several changes in name and ownership. Eventually, operations came to a halt in 1992. Although there was an attempt to revive the site in 1996, by 2013 it had once again fallen silent.
